We had an amazing time staying in the Master Suite with a cozy fireplace. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Gabby, who arranged our trip to Palenque and nearby waterfalls. The restaurant served the best mole sauce we've ever tasted, and the beautiful gardens were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
We were disappointed with the lack of warm water on the first night, which was quite inconvenient for us.

Highly recommend for families
We spent 7 nights and it really felt like home. The staff was incredibly nice and helped us with everything, especially planning trips to nearby attractions. Also, the breakfast every morning—simple but just what we needed to start the day. Plus, the beds were like sleeping on clouds, I couldn't wait to crawl into bed at night.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still reasonable for what we got.

Villas Casa Morada offered a charming retreat with a stunning junior suite that was beautifully decorated. The private patio was perfect for morning coffee while soaking in the garden views. I enjoyed the cozy fireplace, which made the chilly nights more comfortable. The master suite had cozy beds, providing restful nights. The gardens were lovely, and the intimate dining area allowed for pleasant meals. The staff was incredibly helpful, particularly Gabby, who arranged day trips on short notice. Only downside was the lack of warm water on the first night, which was disappointing. Also, kitchen towels and dish soap would have been useful since we prepared some meals ourselves. Breakfast mainly consisted of toast and fruit, which felt a bit light for a longer stay. It's a bit of a walk to town, so anyone with mobility issues might want to consider a taxi for convenience.
